Our Services may include homeownership readiness assessments, educational workshops, property interest inquiries, and referrals to trusted partners such as real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, housing counselors, and nonprofit service providers. WowHomes2Day is not a housing authority, lender, or government agency. SMS/text communications are governed by the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility to Use Our Services
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Your Responsibilities

Completing any homeownership readiness assessment, attending a workshop, or otherwise engaging with our Services does not guarantee eligibility for the Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program, mortgage financing, or the purchase of a home.

WowHomes2Day LLC may use the mobile phone number you provide to send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to our homeownership programs, appointment reminders, educational content, investor opportunities, and follow-up communications.
When you provide your phone number and expressly check the opt-in box on our form, you are providing your explicit written consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from WowHomes2Day LLC. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your activity and is typically 2–6 messages per month.
